1. Controller

Eutopix Labs P.S.A. is the controller for information processed through this website and support communications.

2. Information stored by the app

QuoteLocal can store business details, customers, catalogue items, quotes, invoices, notes, logos, attachments, payments and signatures that you enter. Records stay in the app’s protected local container unless you explicitly enable Pro’s private iCloud sync. Eutopix Labs does not operate a QuoteLocal account system or application server and does not receive these records.

Optional sync stores a QuoteLocal data file in your private Apple iCloud container so your signed-in Apple devices can access it. Apple processes that data under its terms and your iCloud settings. You can turn sync off or delete the shared iCloud copy in the app.

PDFs and encrypted QuoteLocal backup files are created only when you request them. New backup files use password-based AES-256 encryption; Eutopix Labs cannot recover the password. Once exported, files are under your control. The destination you choose—such as Files, Mail, AirDrop or a third-party provider—may process them under its own terms and privacy policy.

3. Purchases

Apple processes App Store purchases. QuoteLocal receives StoreKit product and cryptographically verified entitlement information needed to unlock Pro features. Eutopix Labs does not receive your full payment card details. Apple’s processing is governed by Apple’s privacy policy and your Apple Account settings.

4. Analytics, advertising and tracking

The QuoteLocal app contains no advertising SDK and no behavioural analytics SDK. It does not create an advertising profile or use cross-app tracking. The app may produce ordinary diagnostic information controlled by your Apple device and App Store privacy settings; Apple determines whether such diagnostics are shared with developers.

5. Website delivery

quotelocal.app does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Our infrastructure provider may process IP addresses, request metadata and security events to deliver the site, prevent abuse and maintain reliability. This limited processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Infrastructure logs are retained according to provider configuration and legal requirements.

6. Support communications

If you email us, we process your address, message, device and app details, and any files you deliberately attach so we can answer your request. Please do not send customer records or financial documents unless we specifically request an anonymised example. Support information is kept only as long as needed to respond, maintain a useful support history and meet legal obligations.

7. Legal bases and recipients

Where the GDPR applies, we process support requests to perform a contract or take steps at your request, website security information for our legitimate interests, and records required by law to meet legal obligations. Recipients are limited to service providers needed for website delivery, email, support and legal compliance. We do not sell personal data.

8. International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

9. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. Because app records are not available to us, you manage local and optional iCloud copies inside QuoteLocal or through your Apple account and device settings.

10. Children

QuoteLocal is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data through a QuoteLocal account because no such account exists.

11. Security and changes

We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when the product, providers or law changes; the effective date above will identify the current version.
