Which devices can download QuoteLocal?

QuoteLocal is currently available from the Mac App Store. The iPhone and iPad release is awaiting App Review; it is not yet available to download. The App Store listing is the source for current device availability and the latest released version.

Choose and manage Pro

Create unlimited quotes, invoices and customers, with three branded PDF exports each calendar month. Pro adds unlimited unbranded exports and the features listed in the app. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple Account subscription settings. Lifetime is a separate one-time purchase and does not automatically cancel a subscription you already have.

Before contacting us

1. Update QuoteLocal and your operating system to the latest available version.
2. For purchase access, open QuoteLocal Settings and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple Account used to buy Pro.
3. For iCloud sync, confirm that iCloud Drive is enabled for the same Apple Account on both devices, then leave QuoteLocal open briefly after enabling sync.
4. For PDF problems, check that business and customer details are complete, then try a new export.
5. Include device model, OS version, QuoteLocal version, the action you took and the full error message.

Protect customer information

Do not attach a real customer document, signature, tax identifier or payment detail in your first email. Describe the problem first. If a sample is necessary, we will explain how to remove or replace sensitive information.

Backup safety

QuoteLocal backups may contain personal and financial information in a portable file. New backups are password-protected with AES-256 encryption, and QuoteLocal cannot recover a forgotten password. Store and transfer them using services you trust, remove old copies you no longer need, and protect your device with a passcode.
