1. The product

QuoteLocal is a business-document tool for creating and managing quotes, invoices, customer records, signatures, PDFs and backups. You must use it lawfully and verify every document before relying on or sending it.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of business details, taxes, prices, payment information, numbering, legal wording and records you enter. QuoteLocal does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice and does not guarantee that a document satisfies rules in your jurisdiction.

3. Customer information and signatures

You must have a lawful basis for storing customer information and collecting signatures. A signature feature records approval in the document; whether it has a particular legal effect depends on the facts and applicable law.

4. Free use and Pro

Without Pro, QuoteLocal includes three successful PDF exports with QuoteLocal branding per calendar month. Pro removes that branding and unlocks unlimited exports, custom logos, reports and CSV, payment history, attachments, multiple business profiles, PDF styles and optional private iCloud sync. Pro is offered through monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a non-renewing lifetime in-app purchase. Current local prices, taxes, trials and availability appear before purchase in the App Store.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple Account settings at least as required by Apple. Apple handles billing, cancellation and eligible refunds. A lifetime purchase applies to the current QuoteLocal app and the Apple Account used to buy it; it is not a promise that every future product or service will be included forever.

5. Backups and availability

You are responsible for making backups, remembering backup passwords and protecting exported files. Optional iCloud sync depends on Apple’s iCloud availability, account state and storage. Device loss, deletion, merge conflicts, operating-system changes or third-party storage problems can cause data loss. We may update, improve or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable consumer law.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use QuoteLocal to violate law, infringe rights, create deceptive records, distribute malware, bypass purchase controls, reverse engineer protected components except where law expressly permits, or interfere with the service or App Store.

7. Intellectual property

You retain rights in content you enter. QuoteLocal, its design, code, trademarks and supplied assets belong to Eutopix Labs or its licensors. Your App Store licence is personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and subject to Apple’s applicable terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, QuoteLocal is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Eutopix Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses caused by inaccurate entries, missing backups or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing law

Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts are determined by applicable law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue.
